The first exhibition and official launch of the THIRDLINGS: first of their kind was held at the MAAC Anthropological and Contemporary Art Museum. The original prototypes, definitive figures were exhibited and 5 new Thirdlings never seen before were revealed, worked under the concept of Nuno Acosta and the talented craftsmanship of master Juan Orrala from Valdivia. The inauguration took place in the Lobby of the MAAC Museum (Malecón and Loja) on Thursday, February 17, starting at 6:30 p.m. The exhibit showcased stories and designs from the creative culture of the Thirdlings.
